Description
The 1994 Honda RVF400 (NC35) is a legendary, race-replica sports motorcycle manufactured by Honda. Modeled directly after Honda’s iconic RVF750 (RC45) endurance racer, the NC35 is celebrated as a "mini-me" superbike. It was originally produced primarily for the Japanese domestic market due to strict licensing regulations, later becoming a highly sought-after grey market import worldwide. • Engine Type: 399cc, liquid-cooled, 90-degree DOHC V4 four-stroke.
• Valvetrain: 16-valve layout utilizing a distinct, whining gear-driven cam setup.
• Power Output: 53 to 61 horsepower at 12,500–13,000 RPM (depending on Japanese market restrictions vs. de-restricted specs).
• Torque: 35 Nm (26.6 ft-lb) @ 10,000 RPM.
• Top Speed: Approximately 219 km/h (136 mph).
• Pro-Arm Swingarm: A signature single-sided rear swingarm setup that allowed for rapid rear wheel changes and exposed the rear wheel design.
• Frame: A lightweight twin-spar aluminum frame.
• Suspension: 41mm Showa upside-down (inverted) front forks and a rising-rate rear monoshock.
• Wheels & Tires: A transition to a 17-inch rear wheel (upgraded from its predecessor VFR400 NC30's 18-inch wheel) gave riders access to modern, high-performance sport tires. Sold certified. Only 9,190 kms. Plus tax and license.
